Delivery Policy

Upon receipt of an order we aim to dispatch items within 3 working days (Monday to Friday).

We do not post orders on the weekend even though we may process them ready for posting on the next working day.

We use Royal Mail as our carrier and items will be sent by small parcel depending on the item size and weight. Larger and heavier items will have to be sent as a large parcel.

Postage charges apply to orders at a rate of £3.50 for parcels up to 2kg in weight (small parcel)  and £7.50 for parcels above 2kg in weight (large parcel).

We package all orders securely to avoid damage in the postal system.

We do not accept cancellations as we try to stick to a quick turnaround so that we can get your purchases to you as soon as possible.
